P\u00e4ij\u00e4t-H\u00e4meen Kemistit ry. on 1989 perustettu Suomalaisten Kemistien Seuran paikallisyhdistys, jonka toimialue on P\u00e4ij\u00e4t-H\u00e4me. J\u00e4senist\u00f6st\u00e4 valtaosa toimii Lahdessa ja ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6kunnissa. Varsinaiseksi j\u00e4seneksi hyv\u00e4ksyt\u00e4\u00e4n yliopistotason loppututkinnon suorittanut tai muulla tavalla p\u00e4tev\u00f6itynyt kemian alan osaaja. Nuoreksi j\u00e4seneksi hyv\u00e4ksyt\u00e4\u00e4n kemiaa tai l\u00e4hitieteit\u00e4 (kuten ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ekologiaa) p\u00e4\u00e4aineena yliopistossa opiskeleva opiskelija.<\/p>\n

Yhdistyksen toiminta muodostuu kev\u00e4isin ja syksyisin teht\u00e4vist\u00e4 yritysvierailuista ja muista kemianalaan liittyvist\u00e4 yhteisist\u00e4 tapahtumista. Vuosikokous pidet\u00e4\u00e4n kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 ja siihen on pyritty liitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s ohjelmallinen osa. Kev\u00e4tkes\u00e4\u00e4n on pyritty j\u00e4rjest\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s retki, joka voi olla vahvemminkin viihteellispainotteinen. Samanlaiseen yhdess\u00e4oloon keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n marras-joulukuussa j\u00e4rjestett\u00e4v\u00e4ss\u00e4 pikkujoulussa.<\/p>\n
